MBSWorks helps empower individuals to achieve balance in their lives, understanding the importance of addressing our mental/emotional, physical, and spiritual needs in the process. Clients are assisted through heart-centered therapeutic massage & bodywork, Reiki energy healing, conscious communication coaching, and educational services through training workshops, holistic writing, video blog, and radio programming.
